INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you submit a project enquiry, we may collect your name, business or organisation, email address, telephone number, project details, delivery information and any one-page PDF brief you choose to upload.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use, such as page views, referrers, device type and approximate location. Vercel Analytics is designed to operate without identifying individual visitors or using analytics cookies.
HOW AND WHY WE USE IT
We use enquiry information to review your brief, contact you, prepare next steps and take action at your request before entering into a contract. We also use limited information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the website, managing enquiries and keeping appropriate business records.
We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing unless you separately choose to receive it.
WHO RECEIVES IT
We use service providers including Vercel for hosting, file storage and website analytics, and Google services for the project-enquiry workflow. These providers process information on our behalf. We may share relevant project information with specialist production partners when needed to assess or deliver your project, and will explain this where appropriate.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. In those cases, we rely on the safeguards used by those providers and applicable data-protection law.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Uploaded PDF briefs are scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Other enquiry information is kept only while it is needed to respond, manage follow-up, establish or defend legal claims, and meet legal or accounting duties. Records are periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to or restrict its use, or ask for a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Contact us first if you would like us to resolve a concern.
